This extended session blends the deep energetic healing of Reiki with the transformative power of Hypnotherapy to cultivate greater self-love, self-compassion, and confidence. Each treatment is tailored to your unique concerns, and may also include supportive techniques for deeper emotional release. Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing method that works with the body's natural energy centres (chakras). It helps to: Clear energetic blockages Release negativity Balance emotions Promote deep relaxation Support pain relief and physical healing Reconnect mind, body, and soul The most powerful way to understand Reiki is to experience it. As a qualified hypnotherapist, I’ll guide you into a deeply relaxed state through hypnotic induction, allowing your body and mind to become even more receptive to healing. You'll gain insight into how your personal energy centres are functioning, along with guidance on how to maintain and enhance your wellness between sessions. This is supported by a combination of Reiki energy work, light touch, energetic symbols, breathwork, sound and crystals.
